I’m Bilal Diab, the chef and sourdough baker behind Billyfoodworld. With 18 years of experience in hospitality and culinary operations, I bring a practical approach to teaching and a love of sharing good food.
Based in Dubai, I explore the craft of sourdough through bread, pizza, focaccia and ciabatta. My classes focus on understanding the dough, building confidence and enjoying the process.
Billyfoodworld offers online masterclasses, hands-on experiences for kids and adults, and private pizza events at your venue. Each experience brings people together to learn, create and share.
